1 Scope of this policy

This policy applies to personal information handled through the jetph website, account functions, payment processes, gaming products, promotional activities, security reviews, and direct communications. 15 Your responsibilities

You should provide accurate and current information, protect account credentials, use payment accounts you are authorised to control, and notify jetph when important registration details change. Do not submit another person's identity documents or personal information without lawful authority.

If you contact support about someone else, jetph may be unable to discuss that account without suitable permission or another valid basis. This protects all users, including family members who may share an address or device.
